My paintings are inspired by the majestic nature of Almaty: birches, pines, firs, and mountains. I aim to convey the beauty and tranquility found in these landscapes using a rich palette of colors and light effects. My goal is to capture moments of harmony and the power of nature, so viewers can feel the same deep connection with the surrounding world as I do.

Blooming Kazakh Sakura

Spring in Kazakhstan is a magical time when nature awakens and transforms. The Kazakh sakura, gently blooming in pink and white tones, symbolizes renewal and beauty. My paintings capture the fleeting essence of this phenomenon, reflecting its delicacy and charm in every stroke.

Seasonal Flowers

Each season brings its own colors and scents to Kazakhstan. In my works, one can see the brightness of summer poppies, the autumn palette of chrysanthemums, and the fresh spring primroses. These flowers convey the mood and spirit of each season, creating vibrant and emotional compositions.

Shades of Almaty Winter

Winter in Almaty is not just white snow but an endless palette of soft gray-blue, warm pink, and muted purple shades. I convey the atmosphere of quiet and tranquility, where snowy streets, misty mountain silhouettes, and cozy lights create a sense of fairy-tale comfort.

Kazakh Tulips

Tulips of Kazakhstan embody the energy of spring. I depict these flowers with care, showing their natural grace and richness of shades—from fiery red to sunny yellow. For me, they symbolize the strength of nature, renewal, and hope.

Golden Square of Almaty

I am inspired by the atmosphere of Almaty’s legendary “Golden Square,” where history and modernity merge. In my paintings, I reflect the rhythm of life in this area: old buildings, cozy courtyards, paved sidewalks, and the shadows of spreading trees that hold memories of generations.

Personal Exhibition: “50 Shades of Blue”

Paintings 2020–2022: Three Years of Inspiration and Creativity

From 2020 to 2022, Anara created many unique works reflecting the beauty of nature and urban landscapes of her native city, Kazakhstan. Her paintings harmoniously blend the picturesque streets of Almaty, enchanting mountain views, and seasonal flower compositions, filled with vivid colors and fine details.
During these years, Anara focused especially on depicting Kazakh tulips—a symbol of spring awakening and vitality. Her works convey not only realistic forms but also a deep emotional message, inspiring viewers to contemplate and reflect.
In 2021, the artist dedicated a series to the blooming Kazakh sakura, capturing the delicate and fleeting beauty of this phenomenon. The lightness of brushstrokes and airy shades create an atmosphere of peace and harmony.

The artist’s goal is to show the viewer the unique beauty surrounding us every day and inspire love for native nature and culture.
